Tofu of Family Style

Pork Slices in Yu Xiang Flavour

Feature:
quick and easy to do: just stir-fry, which is called "Family Style" by Szechuanese. Tofu in dark red, savoury, salty, spicy and tasty.

Ingredients:
250g firm tofu;75g minced pork;25g garlic leaves;50g bamboo shoots;20g black fungus (presoftened) 20g; 50g or 3 spoons of McCormick Szechuan Paste (Family Style Flavour); 60ml or 4 spoons of cooking oil;70ml or 3/4 cup of water

Directions:
1. cut the firm tofu in pieces (4x4cm), cut the garlic leaves off in 3cm length, cut the bamboo shoots in slices.

2. preheat the fry pan, put 3 spoons of cooking oil, deep fry the tofu until golden color, take it out.

3. heat the fry pan with 1 more spoon cooking oil, stir-fry the minced pork and garlic leaves until fragrant, add McCormick Szechuan Paste (Family Style Flavour) and stir well for 15 seconds.

4. put bamboo shoots, black fungus, tofu (step 2) and water, stir well and cook for 3 minutes, dish out and serve.

Feature:
Szechuanese use the vinegar, chilli, shallot and soup base to produce the sauce in sour and spicy flavour, which enhances the taste of fish. bright dark red, full flavour of shallot, ginger and garlic, in the rich taste of salty, sweet, sour and spicy.

Ingredients:
400g pork; 2 stalks spring onion;50g or 3 spoons of McCormick Szechuan Paste (Yu Xiang Flavour); 60ml or 4 spoons of cooking oil; water
Directions:
1. cut the pork in slices, chop the spring onion.

2. preheat the fry pan, put 3 spoons of cooking oil, stir fry the pork slices and put it on plate.

3. heat the fry pan again, stir fry the pork slice until fragrant, add McCormick Szechuan Paste (Yu Xiang Flavour) and stir well for 15 seconds.

4. put pork slices (step 2) and water, stir well and cook for 2 minutes, dish out and sprinkle the spring onion, then serve.
