Shanghai McCormick Foods Co., Ltd, a joint-venture of McCormick & Co., USA was established in 1989. The Shanghai plant mainly produces dry seasoning mixes.
cCormick (Guangzhou) Food Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsaidiary of McCormick & Co., USA, was established in 1996. The Guangzhou plant produces condiments, Toppings, Jams and Syrups.
